Provision of Vocational training programs in Arabsiyo, Salahley and Jaleelo Villages, Hargeisa, Somaliland.

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC), operational in Somaliland since 1997, is a leading international humanitarian organization with a global mandate to support displaced populations. Under the SIDA III project, funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) through the SomRep Consortium, DRC plans to implement vocational training programs in Salahley, Arabsiyo, and Jaleelo villages.

To guide this effort, DRC commissioned an external consultancy to conduct a Market Skills Demand Assessment and map potential TVET providers in the target locations and Hargeisa. Based on the findings, DRC now invites qualified and interested TVET centers based in Hargeisa to submit bids to deliver practical, market-relevant training.

Details on eligibility, training course and submission requirements can be found in the attached ToR and ITB documents.

DRC will host a virtual pre-bid Q&A session on 06th August 2025. To request an invitation or access details please send an email through rfq.som.hga@drc.ngo.

Sealing and Marking of Bids:
