REHABILITATION OF WIRKOY SHALLOW WELL INCLUDING DEPTH RECOVERY, DESILTING, REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED CONCRETE RINGS, RAISING AND PROTECTION OF WELL APRON,INSTALLATION OF SOLAR WATER PUMPING SYSTEM WITH SUBMERSIBLE PUMP, CONSTRUCTION OF 20M3 ELEVATED CONCRETE WATER TANK, 1000M EXTENSION PIPE TO TANK AND WATER KIOSK, CONSTRUCTION OF OPEN WATER KIOSKS WITH 6 FAUCETS, FENCING OF THE PERIMETER WALL 20MX20M.

ALIGHT (formerly ARC) is implementing WASH in Jubaland. In reference to this, ALIGHT invites tender from qualified, registered companies as detailed above, the detail description is summarized in accordance with procedures, conditions, and contract terms, as specified in this tender document and the BOQ.

Alight Somalia is seeking qualified contractors for the subject of the above head title.

(All tender documents MUST be submitted on company’s letter head and on ALIGHT/ARC template provided as part of the tender documents).

1. Qualification and Conditions: The main criteria for admission to the tender process are as follows:
2. Official Quotation with company’s letter head, stamp and signed in the attached BOQ provided no revisions allowed after submitted.
3. Delivery lead time
4. Fill completely including all attached forms.
5. Certificate of Registration with the relevant Government certifying Authority.
6. Company profile
7. Good track-record and references from previous clients (similar tasks) with telephone contacts and emails of at least three referees.
8. Proof of the above must be provided at least three contracts.
9. Submission of the latest certified bank statement of the applying entity for at least last 6 months.
10. Submission of Tax compliance certificate
