The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Somalia, invites qualified suppliers legally registered with the Puntland State of Somalia to make a firm offer for the establishment of three (1+1+1) years Frame Agreement for supply of fuel to UNHCR Bossaso Office in accordance with Annex A- attached to this Tender Notice.

It does not represent a commitment that UNHCR will purchase a minimum quantity of goods / services. Quantities may vary and will depend on the actual requirements and funds available regulated by issuance of individual Purchase Orders.

Participation to the pre-tender conference shall be at the bidder’s own expense.
