Questions Date Deadline: All questions relating to this solicitation must be submitted electronically via email to: TIS3 SINAAN Team at sinaan.procurement@dt-global.com, no later than Friday, 13 February 2026 by 1700hrs (5 pm) East African Time EAT).
RFP Deadline: Monday, 23 February 2026; 1600 hrs (4 pm) East Africa Time (EAT).
Submission: Submission (Electronically): Bidders submit their bids by email to SINAAN Tender Team (sinaan.tender@dt-global.com) as two separate PDF files - Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. Bids received after the deadline date and time will not be considered.
Kindly read all the documentation carefully and understand the requirements in the ITT, ensuring you submit all the required documentation.
